New campaign, key initiatives and innovative consumer-centric AI actions star in Chiquita's presence at the show.

OR Little girl participates in Fruit Logistica 2025, the largest international trade fair for fresh agricultural products, which will take place in Berlin from February 5 to 7. With a focus on sustainability and innovation, the company will present its latest Sustainability Report, the groundbreaking Pop by Nature 2.0 campaign, which combines artificial intelligence with art, as well as the new generation of Yelloway One bananas. Through these initiatives, Chiquita reaffirms its commitment to remain the “banana of choice” internationally, strengthening its partnerships and shaping the future of the banana industry.

As part of its ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility, Chiquita will present the Sustainability Report 2024-2025, which focuses on its strategic pillar "For the Greater Good." The Report highlights the company's progress in reducing its carbon footprint, initiatives to reduce food waste, as well as Chiquita's groundbreaking innovation, YW01 – Yelloway One: a pioneering hybrid banana type, resistant to the Tropical Race 4 (TR4) fungus and partially resistant to Black Sigatoka. A sample of YW01 – Yelloway One will be prominently displayed in the booth's Sustainability Zone, highlighting Chiquita's commitment to addressing critical agricultural challenges.

At the same time, Chiquita will present the campaign “Pop by Nature 2.0”, bringing pop art closer to its consumers. This year's version of the campaign, designed in collaboration with the Argentinian artist Sebastian Curi, continues Chiquita's tradition of connecting pop art with nature. Inspired by the world of artificial intelligence, Chiquita will launch Collectible Blue Stickers with vibrant, digital designs. Visitors to the booth will have the opportunity to create personalized stickers through an interactive AI experience inspired by the campaign.

THE Marco Volpi, Head of Marketing at Chiquita, said: “Fruit Logistica Berlin is a unique opportunity to showcase not only our vision for sustainability, but also the role that innovation and creativity play in every aspect of our business. From the pioneering Yelloway One to the dynamic campaign Pop by Nature", we demonstrate how we collaborate with our partners to shape the future of fresh produce, while building strong and meaningful relationships with our consumers."
